"The hotel's facilities are quite old and not well-maintained. Its biggest selling point is the long, beautiful white sand beach right outside the hotel. To the left of the pier, there are many beautiful fish and marine life among the reefs, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, the room facilities are very poor, essentially on par with an old, small hotel. The hotel pool water was also very dirty and felt completely unmaintained. The value for money is okay though."

"The room was large, the bed was large, and there was a small balcony, but the cleanliness was terrible; cobwebs and dust were everywhere. There were even baby formula packets chewed by some kind of insect on the floor… Aside from the hygiene issues, everything else was fine. The hotel grounds were large, with a small playground, although the grass was all withered. We had a set meal at the hotel's outdoor cafe for dinner; it was good value and tasted good. The buffet breakfast was 15 MYR per person, but the coffee had sugar in it, making it hard to swallow. Luckily, I brought my own coffee to make. The children could only eat some biscuits they brought."

"The hotel offers a free ferry ⛴️, which takes about an hour. The room hygiene was just okay. Getting to the hotel beach required walking down 200 steps, and I had to stop a few times to rest. Walking to Long Beach took half an hour, and I even got lost on the way back."
