Great location with a lot of attractions nearby(walkable distance). The room was surprisingly bigger than what I expected.

The location was excellent. It was at the city center with the main railway station and a major tram station within a very short walking distance.

Very close to the train station and tram station. Few steps to underground supermarket. There is a sports shop downstairs. Easy walk to main shopping street. 20mins walk to bear park. Staffs are kind and friendly.

Room is big and clean. Toilet is slightly bit small. The carpet has a strange smell. Staff are nice.

It's right next to the Bahnhof and well served by all kinds of trams and buses, it's the best location. Good breakfast, nice staff who are also very friendly. The only issue is it seems needing some renovation for the rooms, there is some odors, slightly

Old hotel, corridor light is scary, room door open with key, good location outside train station

We had a great stay. It is very near from the train station and we received free bern tickets from the hotel reception. Wifi is fast.

Amazing location, which is just opposite to the main entrance to central train station, and city public transportation hub. Only 20 minutes walking to reach the eastern end of Bern old town and the bear's pit. Spacious room, with clean and nice amenity. No air-con, which is very normal in Switzerland. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good location in front of the station and close to DT, walk distance. The employees were very kind and welcome.

Big toilet. Dusty. Broken lights. Okay for short viewing in Bern
