Novum Hotels Hotels in Berlin

I stayed here for five days and although the location and the room itself are pretty nice, the services included are quite lacking. For the entirety of my stay, the wi-fi was not working (except for a couple of odd hours in odd places at the hotel) and the staff could not care less about that fact. In general, most of the reception staff is quite unhelpful and although not rude, certainly not welcoming either. Breakfast was pretty decent, however not included in the price of the room. But, you do get a nice selection for 12 Euros. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you simply need a clean place with hot water while in Berlin.

A little far from main attractions and its facing the main street so you can always hear the trains. Aside from that, really nice.
