Mercure Properties in Berlin

This is definitely my top hotel recommendation in Berlin. The train station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around to all the attractions. The Natural History Museum is just a minute's walk away. Plus, there are three different supermarkets nearby – Rewe, dm, and Bio – catering to all your shopping needs. The room facilities are complete and brand new, the air conditioning works great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Most importantly, the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which made my trip to Berlin an absolutely wonderful experience!

Service: The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Cleanliness: The room was quite clean, and the facilities felt relatively new. Location: The hotel is close to the subway station and a commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around.

I liked everything very much, not far from Charlie point, in principle many attractions are within walking distance, tour. The bus is close, you can buy a ticket for 37 euros and see interesting places, you can get off, walk and then get back on the bus (it runs every 15 minutes). The city is clean, well-groomed, people are friendly, ready to help. The hotel is clean, the staff is smiling, polite. The room is spacious 34 sq. m. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has a shower and a bath, the toilet is separate. Everything is great, thank you.

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower. These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

Unfortunately, a new seat was built, so unfortunately, you had to use the staircase. Last day construction works took place (beton break or drilling machine). Otherwise top 👍
