Very bad experience. the photo of the Booking platform cheated me-you can see that the first photo on the booking is a very new modern hotel with two bed and wide room, but in fact, it is a very small one. the real photo hiding on the second or third photo of that but when you put a good one at the very first? The room is not clean at all when I first go inside the last customer used hand wash soap is still on there. At the certain day, I went out and locked the door, but when I came back, I saw someone else went inside.

The hotel room was bright and clean. We had a double bed which unfortunately was just two beds pushed together so it kept sliding apart. Housekeeping only came one day, because we stayed in the room until 10:30. Generally the hotel is okay and clean. The location was conveniently close to Charlottenburg Station so to get to the city it takes about 15 minutes.

The lift was broken so it was harsh for us to walk for 5 floors. Perhaps the room has not been lived for a period of time, the toilet paper looked old as the staff did not replace it with a new one.

The lady at the reception was very nice, and we were able to check in early. Unfortunately, breakfast could only be paid for in cash, but it was available the same day, so there was no need to book it in advance.

The bathroom doesn't drain, the water leaks out after taking a shower, there is no drain in the bathroom, water accumulates in the bathroom, the room window is small, not very comfortable

It is a bit difficult to accommodate four adults in two rooms. In the Tanghulu Room, starting from the entrance, there is a small living room (with an ice bed) - kitchen - toilet - bedroom (with a double bed). The WiFi signal in the small living room is almost zero, there is no Internet connection, and it is very cold at the door. There is no place to eat. The table is either placed in the small living room or in the bedroom. No matter where it is placed for eating, it is weird and extremely crowded. I do not recommend this suite. It is better to book two single rooms.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there are many supermarkets and shops nearby, so it's a great location. The staff were very friendly and I felt at ease.

The elevator is very old. The elevator door often cannot be opened on the first floor. I need to take the stairs to the third floor to go up. The front desk service is good, there is breakfast, there is a Russian restaurant downstairs, and there is an Asian store. The Russian lady gave me a small change when she settled the bill, which was delicious. However, the facilities of this hotel are too old. There is no air conditioning, but it is not too cold or too hot. There is no sound insulation. If someone walks outside the door, your room will shake. Be sure to buy a good adapter!!!
