Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the apples provided for breakfast were rotten, seriously rotten, which is not something I expect from a hotel of the standard. More seriously, on the morning of July 10th at around 9:00 AM, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on my door, a member of cleaning staff entered my room without knocking. At that time, I was in the middle of an important online meeting and giving a presentation, and this intrusion was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. I visit Berlin often and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never encountered such issues elsewhere in the city.

prime location easily walk to main attractions and metro connections. Quiet rooms (I'm at the back not facing the main road). Breakfast is a bit basic but does the job.

Super clean, triple-paned windows so it's unbelievably quiet despite traffic or nearby construction (heard none of it), toiletries provided upon request, great breakfast, very easy to get around on foot or by public transport. Would definitely stay again.

Very good amenities and extremely comfortable rooms. The breakfast quality is also very good. The location is perfect to visit the city and reach BER airport. Staff is very kind.

Hotel is well kept and located outside one of the train station. There’s a weird smell coming out of the toilet but other than that it’s pretty good!

Very satisfied, stayed for two nights, except there is no supermarket nearby, everything else is super good. The room and bathroom are big, you can boil water, it is very quiet at night, there is a subway station just outside the door.

The room at Holiday Inn is quite big, much bigger than many old hotels in Paris, and the price/performance ratio is very high. There is a small desk and chair in the room, which is convenient for organizing things, and there is also a safe. The subway station across the road is about five or six minutes away. The breakfast is also good, and it starts at 6:00. Holiday Inn style is more reliable and affordable at more than 400 a day.

The overall environment is OK, and the surrounding area is very convenient. It is close to the embassy. There are also some shopping malls to visit. It is convenient for us to stay at the exhibition! I will stay here again next time.

Slightly better than Hanting Home Inn in China, but worse than Four Seasons. This hotel is about 200 meters from the U2 subway line. I stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning in the middle. I went to the front desk to get the bath towels the next day. The hotel price is relatively cheap, and the breakfast is average. There is a water heater.

Good location, very close to U2 subway station, the room is a little small, it is best to book a triple room with children
