Arrived at this place to find out they had no room available person said they have room available if you walk up twenty stairs I told the person my wife is on wheelchair we can’t so the person looked at his computer for10 minutes said he found one place about mile down the road said fine when he told me exactly where it was I knew this place is horrible person said that’s all he have we had no choice but to take it room was smelly clean but dirty smell will never stay at Berlin heritage inn ever.

Good hotel/ inn can't complain, they are affordable. They offer a free breakfast and the views of the hillside at Amish country are nice to see. Rooms are clean and serviceable. Lots of establishments nearby. The staff are friendly. Recommended if you are looking for a budget friendly place. Will probably book again next time we visit Amish country.

Upon check-in, we had to pay a damage deposit upfront, then we were told our reservation was not at the current building but 1 mile down the road up 19 wet steps, carrying our luggage outdoors in the rain with no cover. Then if that wasn’t bad enough, we had to go travel back to the main building which again was 1 mile to get any ice or beverages or our breakfast in the morning. There was one plus. The room was clean. We are seniors and will NOT recommend or return.

Room was very clean but had a musty smell. Area was very convenient within easy walk to shops, restaurants. I booked this room for a king bed with jacuzzie tub. Would recommend and would stay there again.

It was a nice room. Just wish there was a microwave and a better couch. Close to everything, nice staff and very good breakfast.

Beautiful
Absolutely Beautiful property. I thought it was on a golf course. It’s was just the Amish country. The Berlin shopping starts at the end of the driveway. Omlets were really good!

Property is near to shopping and restaurants in Berlin. Good value.
We were there for only 2 nights and did not qualify for housekeeping services. We were to put dirty towels outside the door. This seemed odd to me.

Nice place
Great stay and very nice accommodations. We had to go to the main hotel, two miles away for breakfast which is a bit inconvenient but the place is very nice and clean.
