A great place. Take both a debit card and cash because some places take only cash and some take only a debit card. Also hotels add on a refundable fee for the room. If it is ok when you leave they refund it. Ours was $50 and still waiting for it. Also check places to eat as most have a lunch discount. Gas prices are well below here in PA so fill up if you can.

The new company that runs this hotel chose to cancel the room we booked for our one year anniversary vacation because they got a better offer from a group. I'd choose a better company

Absolutely loved the playhouses. They create a unique play environment for our children. One of my favorite things to do is buy take out from a local Amish restaurant and eat it on the beautiful patio or in the garden beside the playground. I have been bringing my family here for over 30 years and the fish ponds, waterfalls, huge gardens, chapel, fireplace patios, pool, playgrounds and unique playhouses are exceptional and there are no other resorts that compare to their beauty. It is a timeless experience. We always visit at least 5-6 times a yr. Unfortunately in the past year the rates have doubled and we are unable to visit as often. But, if you can afford it then it is worth the price.

Very nice property. nice outdoor areas. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pits. One suggestion would maybe increase the number of fire pits as the two that were there were always occupied.

We have stayed at several hotels in Berlin, Ohio. Berlin Resort was definitely one of the best. The room was very clean and well appointed. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and the free breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy and hotcakes all very good. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well maintained. There is a mile of walking trail including a gazebo and koi pond. We spent one rainy day just sitting on our balcony looking out over the grounds listening to the birds. I would highly recommend this reasonably priced resort.

I used the whirlpool and when I tried to get out I slipped and fell. The steps are WAY TOO STEEP. The handrail was no help because it was too slippery. Having marble floors in a swimming area is absurd. I had to crawl out the door

We had one of the suites and it was amazing. The room was well appointed and actually was done better than expected. Everyone was very nice and ready to help. Fitness facility was very nice and has everything you could want

Great room in the Signature Suites. Right on a very busy road. Noise level so high we couldn’t sit on the porch…trucks, cars and motorcycles . It did decrease during night time hours…still there, but less.
