The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored two bedroom suite upstairs features chestnut window and floor trim, hardwood floors, locally-made Amish furniture, and beautiful views of historic downtown Berlin. Truly an amazing location right in the heart is Amish. The sounds of hooves passing by on the road made this so special. We were able walk to everything in town right from our place. the hosts were amazing and every detail was taken care of. loved coming home with clean clothes after washing them before we left.

Contact with the host was limited, but they responded to all inquiries. The apartment was immaculate and sooo comfortable.it was so convenient to shops and restaurants and attractions.

This 2 bedroom unit is amazing! We absolutely love everything about it! Located in the heart of Berlin, close to shopping and restaurants, we appreciated our very own dedicated parking spot too! Robert and Connie made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The unit also offers a beautiful large outdoor space overlooking the center of town for enjoying morning coffee or a quiet evening. We’re already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you!!!

Once again it was a beautiful stay at the Wurthmann. The place was seasonally decorated with all the nice extras. We were graced with good weather and the patio is always great for that. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect and this is our second time here. The property is in a perfect location. Come with a couple bags of popcorn from a local vendor.

Everything about this property is wonderful. It is so clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, incredible shower. Our favorite part was spending time on the outdoor patio in the morning with coffee & in the evening watching the sun go down. The hosts were very responsive & every detail has been thoroughly paid attention to.. can't wait to stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our short visit to Berlin. The location, parking and rental couldn’t have been any better. Nicely decorated and super clean and comfortable! I highly recommend staying here!
