It was about 6 minutes walk and it was convenient to go to the cable car stop to the Acropolis. The view on the hill is beautiful and the food is very delicious in 5 minutes walk. (Akropol Restaurant) The stay in Bergama was great."

"They allowed me to check in a little early. To get to the room, you have to carry your bags up the stairs to the second floor, but they don't help. The room key is difficult to open and close. The room just has a bed. There are absolutely no amenities. I thought there weren't any towels either, but when I checked out, I saw a very small one hanging behind the bathroom door. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation."

"It was a satisfactory experience. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and facilities were fulfilling. Waiters/waitresses were kind and hardworking, especially female personnels were kindest. Although, I cannot say the same things for reception. They were careless and rude as you would not expect from a hotel personnel. Also whenever I go to the reception, they would smoke and were not in their place. Except the reception, it was a delightful accommodation for me."

No yoghurt or ayran at breakfast. No drinking water provided in room. No tea or coffee provided in room. Lid of electric jug doesn't stay closed Wash basin tap leaks. TV receives only one channel. Refridgerator light stays on all night even with the glass door closed. Shower screen handle broken."

The rooms were poorly maintained, with several issues that should have been addressed long ago. The ceiling was leaking during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and inadequate customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly resolved."
