Location is good not far from Beppu station and Bus station. Onsen and Breakfast lounge are too crowded to relax and room is small.

Designed hotel i love bamboo structure. Location was in the small alley no parking at the hotel but they have partner parking that can get the discount when you stay at the hotel (600yen per night). Staff was very helpful. The amenities space is amazing, public bath on 14F and rooftop pool. Hotel has free yukata rental( it was beautiful dress)

The hotel is at walking distance from Beppu station. Near a nice restaurant called Toyotsune and provides yukata for soaking at the hotel hot springs with incredible view of the Beppu city and sea! Great value for money

10 out of 10 perfect location for wandering around Beppu city cause located just 2-3 mins walk from the bus/train station w/ super attentive ‘n amable staffs :)highly recommended 😀

Love everything about this hotel. It has a onsen over-looking the city. A gym that was well maintained. Staff spoke good english. My only complain would be the inflexibility of the system/ staff. I made 2 separate booking and when I checked-in I informed the staff so that we can be assigned the same room for consecutive nights. However, they still made us check out before 11am and return our room keys, then made us check-in again at 3pm. During that duration, no one made up our room, so our room was left in the same condition as before we left but we could not enter the room. To be honest, it was frustrating.

非常好的酒店，本來去別府打算住傳統温泉酒店的，刷到了這個酒店看評價不錯想試試看，結果非常滿意，早餐是9天日本行程裏最豐盛的，太好吃了！晚上還有免費歡迎飲料供應（酒精類需付款1000円），前台可以借浴衣，14樓有大浴池，頂樓是露台泳池和酒吧，可以看別府塔夜景適合拍照，泳池的水太淺不適合游泳愛好者……
衞生間佈局合理，乾濕分離，浴室很大。
地理位置優越，走到jR大約十分鐘之內。
強烈推薦給要去別府的朋友！

The cafe space at the lobby was spacious and chill. We enjoyed wearing Yukata and rooftop pool. The nearby Onsens were also accessible.
