Calm House Beppukitahama

This is the place I always stay when I come to Beppu. When I come to Beppu, I always look for accommodations through Airbnb. Due to the nature of Japan, it is difficult to find a large room. Com House is a very comfortable place for two people to stay from the smallest room 301 to the 4th floor. In addition to the comfortable and spacious space, the accommodation is equipped with various kitchenware, so it is a great environment for me who usually stays long term. The coast is close, so it is good to go for a walk at night, and Yume Town is less than a 4-minute walk away, so even if it is a bit far from Beppu Station, it is not a big problem. (It is a 10-minute walk, and for tourists, it seems that the bus station is closer than Beppu Station.) The master is also a kind and warm person. When I first stayed at this accommodation, he came to fix the broken air conditioner even though it was evening. He was a really nice person who liked small talk. There are only stairs, so it is a little inconvenient to move your luggage, but even with that, this is the accommodation I always look for first when I come to Beppu.

You have to look for such a comfortable place to stay! Ideal location (for those staying more than 1 night) - close to the konbini, the beach, the station, and various cafes. The stop to get to the Kannawa area with its Adami is literally a couple of minutes' walk away. The city park and the Global Tower observation tower are within walking distance. Beppu Tower is also very close. There is an izakaya on the 1st floor, but the noise from there did not reach me at all - it was completely quiet and calm. The apartment is very clean, VERY spacious and cozy. There is everything you need, including free laundry on the 3rd floor in the public area. The roof terrace is also lovely - you can enjoy eating outdoors with a view of the city. The owner met us, explained everything and showed us around. Definitely the best choice, if I ever come to Beppu again - I will choose this place again!

大分プチ旅行で利用しました 家族で利用させていただきました。 建物の１階に居酒屋があり、宿泊は3階と4階とありました。 屋上もあり、ライトアップされていますが景色はビルやマンションです。 ちょっとした韓国っぽさが良かったです。 無人チェックインですが、用紙記入だけなのでとても簡単でした。 共用の洗濯乾燥機もあり、洗濯用具にネットもあり便利です。 竹瓦温泉の回数券ももらい利用させてもらいましたが、温泉は良いですがシャワーがないので不便と思う方もいるかもしれないですが良い温泉でした。 近場には飲み屋街やアーケードもあり、出張などのビジネス向けには良いのかなと。 ご飯も郷土料理目的でお店に行きましたが、予約いっぱいで断られたり、子供お断りのところもあるので1時間はぐるぐる歩いて探しました。 コンビニも近くにあり、たこ焼き屋などお店はたくさんありました。 部屋にはケトル、冷蔵庫、IH、電子レンジ、掃除機など家電もあり便利でした。 ちょっとしたプチ旅行などおすすめです 駐車場がないので竹瓦温泉の向かい側に停めましたが、1日で1,300円でした。 他にも駐車場はあるので最大600円もあったので探されると良いかと思います。 喫煙もベランダ、屋上で出来るので喫煙者には良いです。

便利な立地、広くて快適 部屋は広く、過ごしやすかった。 お風呂が狭いですが、周辺に温泉があるので問題なし。 洗濯スペースがあるので、長期滞在に便利。 ただ部屋が寒い。 喫煙がベランダで狭い(あまり不便ではなかったですが)。 自分のマンションにいるように滞在できます。

温泉街にあり、飲食店や観光名所も近く利便性が良かったです。夜も静かでゆっくり身体休める事も出来ました。また機会があれば利用したいです。
