The staff are friendly and helpful. I was allowed to leave my luggage upon check out and still explore Beppu. The team even assisted me with taking my luggage to the front door. Rooms are clean and equipped with a hairdryer, kettle and fridge. There is a microwave near reception and there is laundry and dryer however you need to pay. Please note, there is no lift, only stairs to the reception from the main road however the staff helped me carry my bag. Location is a few minutes walk to Beppu station and buses therefor easy to get around. Thank you for a pleasant stay! I will stay again when I return to Beppu!

It was conveniently located in the center of Beppu. It was the best if you were only planning a stay without meals. I had carefully considered the hot springs and meals, so I was very satisfied.

Perhaps because of the location, it faces the station road, so it is quite noisy at night. However, the location is excellent, and if you can't park on the premises you have to park in the nearest contracted parking lot, but it's close to the hotel so it's not a problem. If I had to say something, I would say it would be nice if the corridors connecting the guest rooms were air-conditioned as well.

There were blood stains on the quilt and I could hear the snoring next door.

It was better than I expected.
