一開始訂房看到有很多差評，有點猶豫，但訂房太晚了，沒太多房源。衹能來這裏，但我來了之後我才發現，根本不是差評裏寫的那樣，服務人員非常熱情，服務態度特別好，景區裏面含氧量無敵，房間也非常好，晚上睡覺非常安靜，早晨也非常豐盛，沒有半成品，都是大姐們手工包的大包子，我衹能説，這次的旅行非常愉快。下次來大冰溝肯定還住這。謝謝所有的工作人員。

房間很整潔，就是在遊客中心二樓，有點吵，進進出出的人在樓下嘮嗑，門有大縫隙也不隔音，但是12點以後基本就很安靜了，吃飯不貴味道也不錯，整體性價比還是很高的

住宿地方沒有電梯，行李箱需要自己抬上去，室內沒有wifi，大山裡本身信號就差，自己的網都用不上。景區很好玩，住宿條件一般，不推薦。酒店門票不包括漂流山地車等，來了又單獨買的套票。贈送的門票沒什麼用。

空調不製冷，樓下是廚房，開窗户噪音大，還有味道，不開窗户白天房間裏27度多。其他的都還不錯，飯店菜價合理，味道不錯，整體環境也挺好，適合一日遊。

大通鋪非常適合家庭出遊，房間有點舊有煙味，但在景區裏位置真的好，不用早起能在人最少的時候進去遊玩。飯好吃。

設施：還是可以的，比較新
衞生：挺乾淨的，而且部分服務員大姐挺好的
環境：在大冰溝景區內，環境肯定是沒的説，自然環境非常好。
服務：服務前台差點，但是也是去的晚一些了，打擾休息也是可以理解的。但是服務態度有待提高哦☆
大冰溝門票:免門票，但是其他遊玩項目需要額外花錢。
