大冰溝景區沒得説 真不錯 酒店就不要考慮了 服務態度一百個不耐煩 衞生差 我住的房間馬桶圈都是臟的 晚上沒有前台值守 酒店大門窗户不給關 早上七點多兩個樓都沒有前台 打電話就問什麼事 也不出來！重點來了！ 定了三間房 包含29元一位的自助早餐 因為當晚酒店沒有訂夠十間房 給我改成非自助且早上八點半開餐（問：本溪人民八點半吃早餐嗎？答：沒住上十個房間員工早八點來上班才能開始做飯。）真的很可笑 我沒少花一分錢訂的酒店 因為你們房間沒定夠 在我身上找差價嗎？沒人管 沒人解決 那麼就等 看看早餐是什麼 隔夜飯兑點熱水就是粥 剩的花捲發糕 熟食 拌點小菜 雞蛋 鴨蛋可能是最值錢的了 至少不是剩下的 29一位 我們六位174元的早餐

因為帶八十多歲的長者還有孩子出行，想找家離大冰溝最近的酒店，看了幾家覺得這家是在景區內也離景區最近，定之前在攜程上看很多的差評也有一些好評，想着相信好評吧，我想錯了，客房淋浴間在衞生間裏沒門也行，地面也沒有擋水的，導致洗完澡後衞生間地面的水漫到腳踝，手盆下面看似有個地漏我弄了半天水還是下不去，去找值班人員告我水漏下不去水沒有用，給了一個長的刮板讓我自己刮，另一個房間也是這樣，我颳了好久才把水弄到浴室地漏裏面去，第二天早上我去前台反映情況時，我説你家這樣長者夜裡起來上廁所滑摔了怎麼辦，有個穿白色衣服的有點胖的女士竟然説：你們不是沒滑摔嗎？沒造成傷害和後果嗎？説的是人心嗎？你説句是你們考慮不周，和領導發饋整改也叫句人話，我真的無語了，這樣的人還在前台工作，沒人了嗎？這是我第一次給差評，給了我自己的家鄉遼寧，我都感覺掉價！下面照片是我已經把水快刮沒了才想起來拍照片，還拍了視頻可惜不讓上傳！

咱先説優點，離景區真的是非常近非常近，出門就是，但是，環境很一般！也沒有服務可言，隔音尤其差，大晚上有那個喝了酒不睡覺的，在走廊嘮嗑，還有那個孩子不睡覺來回跑的。還有洗完了吹頭髮電吹風嗚嗚的聲全都能聽見！早餐也是，起晚了你就有啥吃啥吧，根據住宿人數出餐，還往外賣早餐卷，來的早沒吃飯的也都在早餐這吃，導致住宿的客人連個雞蛋都吃不上，起晚了你就衹能喝點粥了！

大冰溝是個值得去的天然氧吧，景色比較美，這個時候去已經沒有冰了，但是依然不影響它的美。景區內這個遊客中心住宿，客觀的説衞生還算可以，餐飲味道比較大眾，但是服務態度真的有待提高。不知道附近是否還有其他住宿，還是他一家獨大。客房服務員脾氣比顧客還大。我們住的是奢華榻榻米，兩天九百多。進到屋內想換拖鞋，看到衹有兩雙，我們三個人，於是打電話讓前台送來一雙拖鞋，不一會兒我們收拾好行李打算鋪下床鋪，才發現衹有兩個枕頭，於是又給前台打電話要枕頭，服務員説剛才不是送了嗎，我説剛才送的是拖鞋，結果服務員很不耐煩的説下次一次性説完要什麼！出來玩真的是心情好不想和她們一般見識。三到四人間放兩個枕頭，兩雙拖鞋，每天限定兩瓶礦泉水，加上這個服務態度，真是不值它這個價格！如果服務態度不改善，真的是抹黑了大冰溝！

七月末住宿在本溪大冰溝，公園晚間氣温22度，非常涼爽!和孩子一起體驗了公園的遊玩項目，非常有意思，很刺激，孩子們玩的很開心。午飯和晚餐都在園內就餐，價格便宜，五個人花了一百多。長者們都説味道很正宗，在炎熱的夏天大冰溝真是本次出行的有意義的旅行體驗😁😁😁

服務：沒有電梯，行李是自己從一樓搬上去的，剛去前台給一個人辦卡辦了能有十分鐘，兩個人效率低下，然後空調調到0度還熱，負責飯那個前台，服務，差！差！差！沒有培訓的員工就上崗，態度惡劣
讓拿被，跟前台説了，前台要給被套，説了好幾遍要被，最後保潔還是給的被套，説夏天蓋被套就可以了，哈哈哈哈哈哈。
設施：房間挺好的，酒店非常貼心，電視是有線的的看電視不會卡頓，相關負責人也給我們道歉了，但是歸根結底還是培訓不到位，而且我們心情也不好了。
在園區內住，遊玩也很快，不怕人多

房間在山裡，一點都不潮，而且沒有蚊子這點超級棒，衞生也可以，服務人員很熱情，講解得也很仔細，電視不需要投屏都可以看，智能窗簾和馬桶也給好評，出門就是孩子玩的地方

除了住宿的環境一般（榻榻米縫裡有瓜子皮，地也不乾淨），別的都很好，山清水秀，溪水都是冰涼的，避暑聖地。服務人員態度也很好。住宿帶早餐。晚餐也是物美價廉。推薦。
