前台接待脾氣太爆 有種欺負外地人的感覺 而且欺騙客人 我們要求換個房間直接説沒有了 可是網上都有房 我們下午五點多到的辦理入住速度確實有些慢 我們衹是説了一句這麼慢呢 就説我們不要為難他們 而且故意讓我們等着説房子沒有收拾出來 按理説我們12點以後就可以入住了 5點多了還説房子沒收拾出來 故意刁難我們

這個酒店是我住過最差的酒店，第一沒有停車位，第二服務態度差，第三，辦理入住需要半個小時，服務人員強行推早餐券，第四樓道里的窗户都是打開的，樓道里空間窄温度高，盡然沒有空調，我想調換房間，攜程上顯示都有房間，服務人員告訴我沒有了，欺騙顧客，樓道空間狹窄，還有就是明明給我們一張房卡，退房的時候找我們要兩張，簡直離譜的可笑，

這次入住漢庭本溪火車站店，真是太滿意啦！位置簡直太方便了，就在火車站旁邊，不管是坐火車還是出門逛，都省了不少事。周邊商場多，還有小吃街，逛街、吃美食出行完全不用愁。最驚喜的是酒店剛重新裝修過，環境特別新，設施也樣樣齊全。尤其是房間裏的獨立空調，調温靈活又方便，不像有些地方用中央空調那樣受限，住着特別自在。整體下來，從位置到硬件都讓人滿意，下次來本溪還選這兒！
