前台小姐姐服務熱情又貼心，從酒店出門到火車站不過50米，坐車方便，房間寬敞通透，採光特別好，住着格外舒服。衞生很棒。早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，能開啟元氣滿滿的一天。設施都是新的，還配有行李寄存櫃和洗衣房，細節處特別貼心，出行住這裏很方便。

衞生方面：漢庭酒店也完全沒有讓我失望。地板沒有灰塵，衞生間沒有水漬和異味，毛巾、浴巾都是嶄新且消毒到位的，洗漱用品的品質也不錯，用起來很舒服這讓我住得十分安心。
便利的地理位置：
酒店的位置相當便利，周邊無論是吃飯還是購物都很方便，附近就有很多小吃店和便利店，晚上餓了下樓就能買到吃的。交通也很便捷，距離高鐵站和公交站都不遠，出行節省了不少時間。
熱情周到的服務：前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住和退房手續都很迅速，還耐心地給我們介紹周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。保潔阿姨也很有禮貌，每次遇到都會微笑打招呼，讓人感覺特別温暖。酒店的環境設施非常好！還有行李寄存櫃和機器人送餐 推薦

大床房靠近小區，很安靜，酒店旁邊就是本溪火車站，那可真是就在旁邊啊。。bug是沒有停車場，門口雖然有個衚衕，但是千萬不能停車，交警有指標在那邊，天天貼條，，我們自駕過來把車放在火車站停車場了，一天封頂30，前台服務非常好，親切熱情。我進電梯不小心把身份證掉電梯井裡了，第二天前台就解決了，誠意滿滿。贊👍

這次住漢庭本溪火車站酒店很滿意。位置離車站超近，交通便利方便得很。衞生乾淨，環境安靜，設施齊全。有自助洗衣房，健身房。早餐就是家常的味道，熱乎管飽。前台服務態度很好，服務特別熱情，讓人心裏暖暖的，下次還來！
