每年會來，特別喜歡這裏的環境和温泉，服務一如既往的好，早餐很好，水很好喝，房間舒服寬敞，温泉特別祝福，開心

這是有史以來最差的春節出行，沒有之一。
第一天：
服務：年二十九和除夕下雪，不知道高速路況怎麼樣，提前問店裡高速開不開，前台什麼都不知道，問如果不能去能不能退訂，回覆説不能，領導沒上班，等領導上班後才能溝通；
環境：出發前跟前台説好了，預計下午19點-20點到店，結果到室內屋裡13度！空調帶不起來温度，送來2個電暖器！誰出來是為了烤電暖器的？屋裡冷成這樣能泡温泉？長者根本受不了，很怕冬季感冒！窗户漏風到放在窗台的黃瓜凍了！
第二天：
服務：跟店裡説好早上8點送早餐，9點都沒送！讓一早上走出去5分鐘到餐廳吃！
環境：1.温度：因為房間太冷，一定要開空調，空調聲音超級大，開一會兒關一會兒，一夜根本沒法睡；屋裡門縫上凍！
2.拖鞋黑到根本洗不出來；
3.温泉泡池計温不顯示，根本不知道温度！
4.床頭插排積灰一層，根本沒有人收拾！
雲山滑雪場：問前台有沒有雪圈？不知道！有沒有雪服？問雪場吧，不知道！什麼都不知道！結果到了冰雪樂園，設備壞了，衹能滑雪，其他娛樂項目都不開，也不確定開的時間！
綜上，根本沒有能力接待冬季服務，那就不要開！2000多出了生氣什麼都不能滿足，連睡覺都睡不好！

太讚了，週末滑雪温泉好去處。酒店非常細心，怕晚上入住温度低，特意上午就把空調打開。房間裏面贈送了水果，泡池太舒服了，泡完疲倦一掃而空，而且皮膚也變得絲滑，温泉水真的超級好，一邊吃水果，一邊看電視，一邊泡温泉，太愜意了。再稱讚下雪場，品質真的很棒。早餐也很美味，不是那種預製品，口味都很清淡好吃。完美的週末，還想再去🌹
