酒店是獨立的小院別墅，有自己的私湯泡池，避免了去公共泡池的尷尬，房間非常大，乾淨衞生住起來比較安心，現場的服務人員也非常熱情，有需要第一時間就能給相應解決，我覺得住的非常好，體驗感不錯，下次來本溪還會定這家酒店。環境：非常好，青山綠水適合度假放鬆服務：非常熱情，響應度高衞生：乾淨整潔設施：非常舒適

周圍環境還可房間內下水道反味嚴重蚊蟲多淋浴熱水每回都要等好幾分鐘才能有且水流很小入住時間也是3-11點早上起來匆匆就要退房服務人員太少效率很低這個價位周圍有很多更好的推薦

滿懷期待帶着孩子來前台兩個人像沒睡醒到了房間感覺回到了10年前裝修設施老舊屋子裡泡温泉的水池都上綉了給我錢都不敢泡。帶孩子去游泳大人讓買泳帽配合工作買了後來來了20個人都沒買也沒説什麼欺負我們好説話？温泉開了三個小泡池我們花錢出來泡温泉温泉不開什麼意思？？也算了出來玩主要是開心，第二天早上吃早飯服務員説可以打包回去吃家裡長者就想帶孩子回去慢慢吃另一個服務員特別大聲喊自助餐不讓打包我花1000塊住宿我沒吃過自助餐？誰給你的勇氣跟家裡長者喊的什麼素質，那你們服務員倒是説清楚啊。然後收拾行李慶幸自己衹訂了一宿門出不去了門壞了給我鎖裏面1個多小時孩子和家人都在外面。最後開發票開了一個星期沒人理這酒店也是要黃了千萬別去除了外面風景好點其他一無是處全是雷也敢要1000一宿。
