房東熱情，距離觀山湖，花溪沐等景區比較近遊玩比較方便。周邊吃的地方不多，家裡人住着還行，需要開車出去吃飯。

房間乾淨整潔，有電熱毯不冷，廚房裡麪鍋碗瓢盆、油鹽醬醋非常全，窗外江景可以直接看對岸朝鮮，老闆熱情周到，缺東西立刻給送，入住退房幫忙提箱子。缺點是沒有電梯得爬樓，櫃子裏放着老闆家的衣服被褥雜物，沒鎖萬一有糾紛扯不清，周圍沒有幾家吃早飯的地方，最近的羊湯土菜館一份麪條12，加荷包蛋15。
