我使用**和去哪兒近20年，每月都有坐飛機和住宿，第一次碰到如此惡劣的欺詐行為！完全超出我的認知底線！10月2日下午2點我訂的房間顯示確認了，晚8點去了説沒有，態度極其惡劣（我有視頻為證）又忽悠我住到浴室（浴室沒有窗户不，沒有洗手間，沒有洗浴用品）這是赤裸裸的欺詐！並且不是我一個受害者。雖然這家店的行為被**處罰了，但是我還是要寫出來，建議大家無論什麼原因都不要訂這家旅店！
