Bentong Hotels with Wi-Fi

The place is quite run-down for the price they charged. The room was spacious but not really well maintained. There's only one viewable tv channel. The bathroom condition was sad. The wifi was almost non-existence. You can only receive wifi signal at the lobby!

Great location, just beside Oldtown Coffee shop. Walking distance to other fast food restaurants and shops. Queen room with window, size quite ok for this price. Just that when switching on aircond got a strange smell coming from the aircond, luckily there was a window in that room. Mouldy toilet area. Bathroom heater functioning well.

Friendly service staff, considerately solve the questions of foreigners. Although I don’t understand the language, the service staff is patiently waiting for me to use the mobile phone to translate and communicate slowly.

We truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

New, clean, spacious room & bathroom. Toiletries provided. Parking just around the block. Lift which really appreciate by the elderly guests . Walking distance to the restaurants nearby . Various choice of fast food, coffee cafe and necessities for the guests.

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

Hot spring surrounded by nature, spacious and clean room and availability of bfast - my top 3 things i would go for when going for a short escape hence the reason i went to eRYA by Suria Hot Spring for the 3rd time. Kudos to the team for keeping the place warm and welcoming.
