We were so fortunate to be served every day by Hicham Boutaba. He made our dining experience truly special with his constant smile, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The rooms are not clean the carpet looks like somebody has vomited on it there is hair on the floor and the service is so bad we had to wait three hours to check and the bathroom is so dirty recommend to not come and the best thing is the soccer field it is so small food is so bad but then they maked up for it but a little dirty

I came here for the first time,i was in this hotel,it was so fantastic,specialy that wonderful Guy M.Momo,i met him in Sofitel agadir,and i found him again right here, Always he keeps the same professionalism and the nice smile,thank you Momo.
