"An excellent hotel with beautifully presented public rooms and very professional staff. The whole operation felt very slick, from check in to breakfast and check out. Rooms were a little cramped but fine for the single night we stayed. Air conditioning in the room meant we did not need to open the windows and made the room generally surprisingly quiet. Proximity to the station and the town make it excellent for those arriving and leaving with cases and we were able to store these during early arrival and late departure. The beds were comfortable (though I struggle with German pillows). I had trouble sleeping because of the awful noise from the fair - we stayed on the last night of the Bergsträßer Winzerfest - but the receptionist helpfully provided ear plugs. Breakfast was superb - we were not terribly hungry but there was so much choice and lots of hot coffee. We would definitely stay again - just not on such a noisy night!"

"Rooms and bathrooms in completely sufficient size and very clean, the rich breakfast buffet simply excellent, also in terms of sustainability and waste avoidance, friendly staff, short: here was absolutely nothing to expose. The sauna I didn't visit for time reasons, the restaurant closed on Sunday. In the foyer there is free coffee and a small bakery for self-service around the hour. The hotel is located in Bensheim-Auerbach, until the train station is a bus drive in a few minutes (stop at the hotel). Parking is sufficiently available. - I will be happy to stay back at the park hotel at the next visit to Bensheim."
