Experience was not the best, walk in to check in, staffs were outside smoking, had to wait…. First room I was in was not the room I reserved, had to go back downstairs to check my reservation. I was placed in a second room without working toilet, room wasn’t properly cleaned, key card didn’t work when we try to enter our room, had to go downstairs again, other customers propped back door of hotel open for homeless/druggies, etc…..This hotel need safety, cleanliness reassurance ….

My boyfriend and I stayed for a nights stop on our roadtrip. We booked the hotel one day prior and could choose between many rooms with good pricing. The hotel was located a short 20-25 min car ride from Philadelphia city center. Clean rooms are a must for us and I was happy to find a spotless double queen room and bathroom. The room also had a TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffemaker and desk. Good parking all around the building. The complementary breakfast was a good basic breakfast with hot choice of eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles along side assorted cereals, english muffins and toast.Our Dunkin Donuts loving hearts were happy to find a 24h Dunkin Donuts right next door. Convenient for a roadtrip coffee on the go. The hotel seemed family friendly and is located off a street with every restaurant chain you can think off. Chilis, applebees, wendys, popeyes, mcd, burger king, texas roadhouse, pizza hut, friendlys along side with stores. Some reviews stated that the rooms are not so soundproof which I agree with but it wasnt something that bothered us or our sleep.

I tried to book two adjoining rooms for my daughter's sleepover birthday party via **********. I made the reservation a month before the intended stay, and called the hotel on the same day to confirm that I could get adjoining rooms. The woman who answered the phone was kind of rude, but eventually said she couldn't tell me if they would have any rooms available and I have to call back 2-3 days before. I just called 3 days before my reservation, and learned that despite me having made a reservation a month ago and expressly requesting adjoining rooms, they've given them all to other people--but they would try to get us two rooms close together. After I explained that we cannot leave children in a single room unattended, she recommended that I call other local hotels instead. So, I did, and we are staying somewhere else in adjoining rooms. I was very unimpressed, I would not book here again.

What a PLEASANT surprise this hotel was! From the location, to the staff, to the room--it was all great. Very nice, very clean. I highly recommend it

I wouldn’t recommend. Though outside of the juice machine coming out clumpy, the breakfast was good. Outside of that the hotel can be cleaner and updated. In the room the tub drain wasn’t working properly leaving the water to build up. Caution tape around the hot tub. You can go to other 5star hotels at that price or cheaper that neater and clean.

Chose this hotel because of proximity to Parx ******. Big mistake. Just drove cross country from Cali, spent 3 prior nights at BW or Sure stay(very nice actually), and they hooked me with a special promotion so I was looking for BW to take advantage of promotion. The other BW's were actually nicer then I expected and we were satisfied with each one, some had extra perks like shuttle service or TV that mirrored your phone so could stream. This one near Philly was a huge disappointment. Grungy, dirty and dated. Upon arrival room smelled of smoke and was musty. Stranger across hall asked if I would come in and smell his room to verify for him. Oh man, his room was way worse then ours. Trying to get to front desk and breakfast area( not that I would feel safe eating their food) is near impossible to navigate. Other guests suggested just walk outside around building. No signs inside with any direction. Ok well, at least they have a jacuzzi. Think again, was lukewarm at best and at 9am upon opening not one towel to use. I saw a Hampton Inn across street and wish we had stayed there like we usually do. Staff was nice enough especially considering the amount of complaints they likely have to deal with..
