The room was spacious and the location was close to the airport. All-inclusive hotels are great value for money. The only major issue was the sheer number of people, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. Every day, it was packed like a street market.

The location is quite remote compared to the main Hotel Zone, and upon arrival, there were no staff members present at the check-in area, causing a wait of over 30 minutes. Except for the smell of seaweed on the sea view beach, other services are good. However, food is not provided between 11 and 12 o'clock. Awesome hotel, food, it feels like there's everything, plus everything is delicious. Mexican coffee is awesome.. The sea is not very nice but it's just not the season, these sea grapes are floating, but every 30 minutes a tractor goes by and cleans the shore.
The sand is like flour, fine and white.
