1. Beaches were not accessible and the resort does not make known on their website. The seaweed stench was so bad, most of the property was unenjoyable. 2. The “app” that guests are to use while they are in the resort to make reservations for restaurants was not working and they didn’t make us aware of this until the last day, we just thought we weren’t getting on to the app early enough. Consequently, we didn’t get to enjoy any of the fine dining. 3. Two of the restaurants that don’t require reservations turned us away multiple nights because they were full. 4. Our room had a leak by the front door and plaster and water were everywhere, staff didn’t show up until 12:30am to address it. 5. Felt understaffed; we had to wait on staff everywhere we went.

They’re not words for how amazing the team at privilege and el beso made our vacation amazing! The resort was beautiful and clean but we didn’t fall in love with the resort, but we did with the staff! Beautiful friends that took incredible care of us. Thank you mi amigos!!!❤️

Great vacation! My husband and I are here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The food, drinks and resort activities have been fantastic. We typically dine at the restaurants and choose not to eat at the buffet(just personal preference). But the buffet does have a lot to offer. The staff has been kind, friendly and attentive. Special shout out to our butler Alberto who made sure our we were well taken care of during our stay. We will return.

The hotel experience was amazing! This is our second time at the hotel. We brought four friends who thoroughly enjoyed their first trip out of the United States. Service is exceptional. Our butler was Oscar who was very attentive and amazing. Claudia, Ricardo by the pool were amazing, everyone was exceptional!!

The entire staff was amazing. The restaurant “Bistro at El Beso” has amazing staff• Freddy, Ivan, Filiberto and Maria treated us like family The food and accommodations were perfect. The layout was nice but a little walk to cover the entire resort. Very hospitable staff. I would definitely go back and hike they recommend this resort. Ronald Ward

This is our second time in this resort. We came back because we meet an amazing waiter Magaly. She is so friendly and nice. We kept in touch so we came to see here. I was happy to see here and know that she still worked at Ocean coral resort. I love the upgrade

The best part of this hotel is Jonathan the Mixologist. He is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend his class. The rooms are spacious. The food is ok. We had the best steak at the Italian Restaurant. Only bad thing is you have to book your reservations on line right at 8:00 in the morning.
