1. Beaches were not accessible and the resort does not make known on their website. The seaweed stench was so bad, most of the property was unenjoyable. 2. The “app” that guests are to use while they are in the resort to make reservations for restaurants was not working and they didn’t make us aware of this until the last day, we just thought we weren’t getting on to the app early enough. Consequently, we didn’t get to enjoy any of the fine dining. 3. Two of the restaurants that don’t require reservations turned us away multiple nights because they were full. 4. Our room had a leak by the front door and plaster and water were everywhere, staff didn’t show up until 12:30am to address it. 5. Felt understaffed; we had to wait on staff everywhere we went.

They’re not words for how amazing the team at privilege and el beso made our vacation amazing! The resort was beautiful and clean but we didn’t fall in love with the resort, but we did with the staff! Beautiful friends that took incredible care of us. Thank you mi amigos!!!❤️

Great vacation! My husband and I are here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The food, drinks and resort activities have been fantastic. We typically dine at the restaurants and choose not to eat at the buffet(just personal preference). But the buffet does have a lot to offer. The staff has been kind, friendly and attentive. Special shout out to our butler Alberto who made sure our we were well taken care of during our stay. We will return.

Well spread out resort we we’re by the children pool on second floor room was very good and big Cleaners could come anytime early or late Bars were well stocked and service in all were very good Breakfast and lunch were the best meals dinner maybe not so good the one complaint of buffet restaurant was the food was all over the place when you find what you want it was ok never went hungry though Me personally wouldn’t go back lots more hotels to choose

Great resort, very clean and well run! A special shout out to Mauricio who runs the Martini Bar. A certified Mixologist (one of not very many), he is a magician with a shaker and specializes in his own creations based on other types (non martini) of classic drinks, adding a Mexican twist. Of course he can also make a dynamite version of your favorite classic martini as well.

This is the 3rd year my 3 girlfriends and I stayed at the Ocean Coral and Turquesa resort. Love the resort and want to give a shout our to some incredible staff who provided great customer service: Victor, Isaac, Kevin, Bryan, Irving, Yasmin, Jemima, Manuel, Ricardo, Luis, Idalia, Daniel and Brandon. Our room was spacious and clean. The restaurants served good food and we favoured the Blue Moon for dinner and the Villa Marina for lunch. Mike's coffee served excellent cappuccinos, however, we would have liked to see it open before 8 a.m. as did many based on the attempts to open the door before 8 a.m.! The beach is wonderful for walking! Some sea **** but the gentlemen, on tractors, worked hard at keeping it clean. No coral and an easy walk in.
