2024/10/21 Well, Ocean Coral and Turquoise hotel, here I am again! Because it’s not possible that there are so many logistics problems with your service! I booked with you for three rooms for 10 days ( 14 to 24 December2024 ) of which I paid already for two rooms, I think this should be positive for me as a second-time customer with several rooms paid for each visit! But unfortunately, far from receiving better service, I came across an administrative service at the hotel that leaves much to be desired! The reception told me that my rooms, instead of being paid for, were cancelled, and they gave me completely wrong information in each of the more than 5 calls I had to make from Canada!!!! I even had to find a way to contact accounting to resolve the problem myself! I cannot believe this!!!! Frankly, it made me want to truly cancel my reservations with you so that I will never consider you again on my next family and friends vacations! I am very disappointed with this annoying situation! I beg you in the most sincere manner to take care of this problem with my reservations for December so that I do not regret making this vacation investment with you! And that I can come back here, during my stay in your hotel, with the best comments for being happy with your service again! Thank you in advance for your prompt response to this problem!
