Of Course we love our 2nd home away from home: Ocean Coral & Turquesa. The Negatives: Opening the door, we could smell the mold/mildew because of wood flooring & wall IN THE SHOWER. This was a major turn off because it aggravated my daughter & my immune system so badly that I’m still experiencing the coughing & nasal drainage. The floor wasn’t clean and the bedding always had spots and even to get towels, they were dingy and I did not use them. Dialing Room Service the majority of the time NO ONE answers the phone. Everything else was fine. Always happy at Ocean, but please remove the wood from the shower.

Had a wonderful time at this resort. We stayed in newly renovated rooms which were clean and modern. We loved the El Beso pool and the staff all around the resort were wonderful-- kind and helpful. There are plenty of wonderful food options, especially Blue Moon. We also really liked how close it was to the airport so it was a quick drive once landing. Would definitely recommend and would go again!

The resort is beautiful! Room were clean and the food was pretty good. Wait staff and bartenders were great. We had the privilege package with the butler. This is what made them lose a 2 stars. Our butler Carlos ******! We have had the butler package before with the H10 and this time if was nothing like before. We only saw him in the lounge and every request we asked for we didn't get it. We asked for special requests for the mini bar and we didn't get until we called the front desk. We asked him for golf cart to be transported to dinner and we waited for 10 mins and nothing. We ended up having to walk so we didn't miss the reservations. We saw Carlos at the pool and asked for the drinks he replied " I am not beverage service" that has never been a response with any of our other butlers at the H10 resorts. Carlo was off one of the days and he didn't even tell us or give us a back up to help. They only thing he did was confirm our transportation for our return to the airport. Carlos honestly didn't act like he cared about us. I called the front desk to request a new butler and I was transferred to the privilege desk and was disconnected. The experience with the butler service (that we paid extra for) definitely dampen my feelings on my total experience.

Alejandro and vitalino are really nice! They make drinks really good!if u need shots come by to the swim up bar and find them and the friends hilda, gustavo, hugo, miguel, maricela, Jasmine. They are really helpful and the entertainment staff and music is nice !

2024/10/21 Well, Ocean Coral and Turquoise hotel, here I am again! Because it’s not possible that there are so many logistics problems with your service! I booked with you for three rooms for 10 days ( 14 to 24 December2024 ) of which I paid already for two rooms, I think this should be positive for me as a second-time customer with several rooms paid for each visit! But unfortunately, far from receiving better service, I came across an administrative service at the hotel that leaves much to be desired! The reception told me that my rooms, instead of being paid for, were cancelled, and they gave me completely wrong information in each of the more than 5 calls I had to make from Canada!!!! I even had to find a way to contact accounting to resolve the problem myself! I cannot believe this!!!! Frankly, it made me want to truly cancel my reservations with you so that I will never consider you again on my next family and friends vacations! I am very disappointed with this annoying situation! I beg you in the most sincere manner to take care of this problem with my reservations for December so that I do not regret making this vacation investment with you! And that I can come back here, during my stay in your hotel, with the best comments for being happy with your service again! Thank you in advance for your prompt response to this problem! La experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. Un lugar espectacular, con un servicio inmejorable que, incluso durante una tormenta tropical que nos tuvo encerrados dos días en el hotel, cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. El único punto negativo nos ocurrió con el SPA, que no recogía las condiciones para el uso de la piscina. Al reclamar la devolución del dinero, primero al SPA y luego al mismo hotel, nos indicaron que el hotel no tiene ninguna responsabilidad y que se trata de una contrata. Es inaceptable que el hotel no asuma responsabilidades de los servicios que ofrece, independientemente que su gestión sea del mismo hotel o no. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Transportation airport -hotel-airport doesn't work the way travel agents sell. Roads to get to this property such in bad shape, we go t there around 8pm and nobody was at the front desk. Dress code is not mandatory. You can go to the restaurant and people in bathing suits or barefoot can go in there,

Do not go to this hotel looks amazing on pics absolute lies me and my partner just got back after 2 weeks the bathroom ceiling collapsed after a storm the night before and we got charged $240 dollars damages then because room was uninhabitable we where moved to another room with mould everywhere all clothes ruined.giving this hotel 1* is generous as can’t give ZERO stars hotel staff are very very rude unless you pay them
