He went above and beyond to help me with a special request - arranging a tool my husband needed for showering due to his handicap. The room was clean and had a great view. The staff are friendly and approachable. It is 5 km from the city but grab is available. There's not much amenities. Just a decent stay that feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Hotel towels smells like body odor even though it was newly replaced.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the ceiling of the room I stayed in was leaking, and the kettle was leaking while boiling! The swimming pool was at the back and was very small!

Slow service! very slow! On business trip, every morning i will send my clothes for laundry. every evening I need to call/dial zero to ask for my clothes.
I thought to boom again end june for another business trip but mehh, guess I'll sticking with Harris resort.

I recently stayed at ibis Styles, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times, which made it a little tricky for work, but everything else was smooth.
One of the highlights is the rooftop bar — it offers a great atmosphere with reasonable prices. It would be even better if it opened during the daytime, as it would be the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise.
The property has a fun, modern feel, with relaxing lounge areas and a nice pool. A great choice for a short getaway or casual business trip.
