New and Beautiful place with clean environment. friendly and very helpful staff. the location is close to everything. the room is huge , the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. very comfy bed, highly recommended and will come back again

1.開了一間沒有打掃好的房間給我；
2.送的水果根本沒有洗；
3.新裝修的房間，味道很重，用的裝修材料不環保；
一家號稱五星級酒店，對待自己的嚴重工作失誤，輕描淡寫的敷衍了一下，送了點小禮品，以為這樣就能行嗎？對不起，我需要的是免房費！禮品我不要，還是放房間了，差評直接給你！

帶父母和孩子旅遊 酒店位置不錯 環境也可以 但有一點非常不滿意 酒店提供的泳池不是酒店獨立的 是和一家健身房一起搞的 孩子想游泳 下午特意去游泳池看了一圈 熱氣騰騰的 晚上帶孩子去的時候水温涼了 我可以理解晚間你覺得客人少不打算開放 水温不加熱了 但是作為管理方你明明知道這種情況 你還在進去之前賣給我們泳衣泳帽 到底什麼意思 無非等同於騙錢 還和我説水温的人體相差十度 我感受不出來嗎 其他游泳的孩子都説水温涼了 比下午冷多了

第一次入住開元，剛剛下了訂單，前台小齊就電話確認房間安排，酒店環境很好，綠化很充足，前台服務員很專業，房間特意幫忙開了夜床，房間安排的很温馨，性價比很高，給酒店工作人員點贊，雖然是新酒店，但是酒店的各項服務都很好，下次來還會繼續住這裏，推薦！希望貴酒店生意興隆！

新開的一家連鎖酒店，彌補了小地方沒有高端酒店的空白。對於那些有住宿要求的人來説絕對是個驚喜。酒店的服務人員都非常友好，辦理入住的時候加了酒店工作人員齊旺的微信，各方面的服務都很貼心。由於是新開的酒店，有些小細節上還有待改進，相信絕對會越來越好。

整體在當地真的不錯了 但是服務意識和五星還是有差距 當時去辦理入住手續 前台衹有一位女工作人員 因前面有位住客站在前台接電話 我便在後麪耐心等待 等了好幾分鐘 那前台即未幫前面住客辦理入住也未與我打招呼 就杵着不發聲 還有就是要吐糟一下 現在住酒店已有明文規定 可以不用起強制掃臉登記了 他們那裡還是必須的
