It was ok, nothing flash like we thought , my bed made a loud noise every time I moved, and there was a loud annoying drip from a pipe that kept us awake

Room was clean unfortunately the bed and pillows were hard,! The shower also need maintenance

The room was a little smaller than I expected however the amenities were quite good. Instant hot water was excellent. Communication with the reception was good and we had no issues.

The only fault I had with the room was the shower. I found it very difficult to get the water temperature just nice....It was either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
On a side note...if you don't manage stairs, make sure you request a ground floor room. There is no lift to get to the upstairs rooms.

I asked for a ground level room as I have recently had a knee transplant. I was given an upstairs room. The electric blankets did not work.
I went to use the sauna. The sauna was out of service.

What a pleasant surprise! Although older, our room was spotless, just the right size, quality towels and a very comfy bed. Snacks and drinks were available in the room for purchase also - a nice thought. The price included breakfast which was a bonus. Fantastic location when going to Ulumbarra theatre. Service was great.
