Room was decently clean and bed was good. Was disappointed to not be able to take a bath. You can't take a bath here unless you fill the tub with the shower head. Staff was at least friendly enough to try and help. I personally would not stay here again but it is decent enough for sleeping if all you're looking for is a clean room.

The price is moderate, the facilities and hygiene are moderate, the front desk staff is also very nice, but the breakfast is average. Bend is a large city with many restaurant options.

The hotel in Oregon is very close to the station, and it is great that the bus is free.

We were on a road trip. First time Pacific Northwest. This experience really tanked it. In and out of cell service. Attempted booking but before I could get a confirmation it said my internet was lost and to try again. I did. Success. But, when I went to ******* I learned the first booking had gone through. Immediately contacted hotel who passed me to *******. Hotel sent me a text that seemed like they were helping. So when ******* reached out to them I was shocked when they refused to refund the money for the first booking despite them being minutes apart and having full knowledge of the mistake. Definite money grabbers. We didn’t bother to stay because when we arrived Alex was ANYTHING BUT HELPFUL! In fact, it was made to be entirely my fault and it’s a ´to bad so sad’ but thanks for the extra money because we will keep your hard earned money even though you won’t use the other room. If you want customer service DONT expect it here!
