Hotel Peppertree Bend, BW Premier Collection

The hotel was great. Comfortable beds. Nice room layout. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. The easy way to fix would be to change out the mirror for a lighted mirror. Overall would stay there again.

We loved this hotel. The room was big, with great bed and very clean. The breakfast was also good.

This is in a great location, walkable to downtown and the river. Bed are comfortable and hotel is clean. Breakfast is better than most with a good selection. There is cold water available throughout the day. Staff is very accommodating and there is plenty of parking. While more expensive than I would like, it was a good value given the other options. One complaint, what is it with barn doors on bathrooms, stupid in my opinion. Hard to keep closed and not very private.

While onsite, Diego at the front desk stood out with his warmth, attentiveness, and can-do attitude. He went above and beyond to make our team feel welcomed and supported throughout our stay.
