They should look after better the sink in the bathroom, not much water running, the lift wasn't working properly on some floors. Was ok for a quick stay.

Good location and cheap

Deconstructed, pleasant atmosphere and meets what you need! Clean but super functional rooms, no frills and practical. It met what I needed and the room gave me a peaceful night's sleep, and I was able to rest very well! The hotel is located in a location with facilities around it, so there was no need for the hotel not to offer meals. If I return to BH, the hotel will definitely be on my quote list! Ps: super attentive staff

The disappointment begins at check in. Huge queues. Only one attendant. I spent half an hour waiting for service. The website said that coffee was included, however, you had to pay R$30.00 per person and this information was not clearly made available. The hotel needs renovations. There is a bunk bed above the double bed that, if you're not paying attention, you'll bump your head all the time. Super tiny room. Bed linen torn. Paid parking, without prior information. You only find out when you arrive at the location. I wouldn't stay there again.

Precarious accommodation for the Ibis standard. The glass door of the bathroom shower was about to fall. Everything looks old. For the price it should be better

The hotel is simple but offers good value for money, within the ibis standard.

Shower without pressure, 1/2 mouth for the price, otherwise ok..

Shower sucks...gets expensive with parking and breakfast.

Good structure for what the hotel proposes, great location, the only thing that needs improvement are the bath towels, they were pretty worn out.

The WORST Ibis I have ever stayed at. Normally I always choose Ibis, knowing that I will find a pattern. In this case we were surprised (negatively) by tiny facilities, horrible smell of mold in everything in the room. Not to mention the smell of cigarettes coming from the room next door.

Very warm and friendly service from the receptionists. Small rooms, but nothing to bother for short stays or just overnight. Entrance to the car park on the side, with an elevator attached to the rooms. The only caveat is regarding the procedures for "buying" the entrance to the breakfast, which in the way that it is carried out ended up generating a considerable queue and a bit of turmoil at the reception.

Belo Horizonte Minascentro, due to its location. However ALL THREE check-ins were extremely slow. The first one was even acceptable, as they didn't have all our information, but the delay in the other two returns was even ridiculous. Furthermore, our reservations included breakfast (we paid for it), and it was not included in the system, where we had to open the reservation application to demonstrate that this service had been contracted. Even the hotel's own employees commented that the hotel's control system was very bad. On the first day of accommodation, the bathroom (toilet) was leaking, wetting the floor. In the second, the light in the room was burned out, and in the third, the room was poorly cleaned, with chewing gum on the bedroom floor and toilet paper on the floor in the corner of the bathroom. I know the Ibis from other trips and we never had problems of this nature, I don't know if it's exclusive to this unit, but it's worth your attention. With regard to the daily rate control system, perhaps it would be good to give it a good look, as this is very important and at all times that we were close to the reception, there were queues, despite having 3 or 4 people working. I do not consider myself the type of very demanding guest and I have noticed these situations, so I am sending this in order to improve your service even more. I wish you success!
