Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

Noise from street level made conversation difficult even on floor 9. Stopped when bars closed.There are no supplies in kitchen and none at front desk. 2 plates, 2 juice glasses, 2 forks, 2 knives. No mugs , no tea. No Coffee, no bowls. No hot water, no dish soap. Therefore useless kitchen. Breakfast good. Nice bed and toilet paper and lovely Brazilian staff.

The property is older and more worn than expected. There are almost no dishes, no wine glasses, and an overpriced minibar. Good enough, but only just.

Para viajar com família, consideramos a melhor opção da Savassi. Os quartos tem um tamanho muito bom (estilo Apart hotel mesmo). O atendimento e café do hotel são excelentes. E o melhor de tudo é a localização! Perto de todos os bares e restaurantes da Savassi, a um quarteirão do Shopping Pátio Savassi e além também de estar a 2 quarteirões do Marista Hall onde sempre tem shows nacionais e internacionais. Custo x Benefício ótimo também!

Hotel cogitado a ser bom, porém Funcionários grossos, restaurante sujo e buffet pouco variável pelo custo. Não tive uma experiência boa no restaurante,chamei com muita educação o garçom, ele foi grosso e mal educado comigo e com meu marido,depois a cozinheira que supostamente seja sua namorada ou esposa o chamou em clima de discursão. Obs funcionária com uniforme imundo. O garçom simplesmente saiu sem nos atender e foi ao lado dela se explicando. Uma dica:Não ter casais trabalhando no mesmo setor, pagamos caro para hospedar e não temos que ouvir discursão matrimonial de empregados.

Me hospedei nesse hotel mês passado e foi tudo bem,voltei a negócios essa semana, queria tomar café mais cedo pois da última vez o garçom me autorizou a entrar antes da abertura, desci pelas escadas e pra minha supresa tinha dois funcionários do restaurante se agarrando nas escadas, falta de respeito com os hóspedes, um hotel de grande porte não pode aceitar isso, lamentável, não voltarei outras vezes, depois disso o garçom que estava se agarrando subiu porém não me deixou entrar pro restaurante. Fiquei extremamente chateado tomei café na rua O almoço foi bom comida boa porém salada sem muitas variedades,sabor da comida muito bom.
