Unbelievably unique and fantastic stay. The guides are top notch, but the customer service from maintenance to servers to check in are the best I've experienced. Great food, really fantastic cabins that are in the jungle themselves. Phenomenal experience - not the mention the world class adventures!

This was one of the best trips we’ve taken! Very kid-friendly adventures across multiple excursions. Highly attentive staff. A unique experience. Treehouse lodging is a must for all ages!

This was much better than expected. The food was good by inernational standards with excellent variety. We joked that they must be hiding a master chef in the kitchen. Staff all very very attentive. If you’ve never experienced a jungle retreat this is a must go! The cabins were very good quality, with all the amenities! River kayak (avaialble fee as part of Ian’s) was excellent, river was calm and easy to navigate! Can’t say enough good about this place!

Way above 5 stars. Entire staff from service, transportation to guides were friendly, welcoming, experienced, and informative. The entire resorts ambience was incredibly perfect. I Stayed in a treehouse for 7 nights. Rooms were beautiful, clean, large, view incredible, beds super comfortable, AC above the bed for sleeping, loved the outdoor and indoor showers. Howler monkeys in the trees. I miss them. River otters! Pools, river, outdoor couples massage, on-site activities were awesome. The tours and guides were fun, exciting, and informative. I had the time of my life. Caves tours were amazing! And our guides even more amazing. The tours are personalized for anyone. I felt 100% safe. Drivers were exceptional. The food and drinks OMG. The best! The service, the meals, drinks, Desserts. Wow. Still dreaming about the coconut custard pie! For an experience of a lifetime for couples, family, or solo, I highly recommend and for at least 6 nights. Thank you everyone at Ian Andersons caves branch for a incredible experience and welcoming me to your beautiful lodge/home. I miss your beautiful smiles. I can't wait to come back!

We stayed here on May ‘25 and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The room was great, the food was great, the excursions were a blast the staff were awesome. We really liked how we stayed active with the excursions and still had plenty of time in the evenings to enjoy the grounds, pool and bar. The excursions we enjoyed started at just the right time in the morning allowing is to not feel rushed. The staff went beyond expectations making the whole trip even better.

First of all, Hola Leo... in spite of your desire to have me list you as the "worst server" at the restaurant, the reverse is true. Leo was warm, professional, accommodating, super knowledgeable, and generally very much a class act. The whole staff knew our names and always had a cheerful thing to say. They made us feel like family. The property here is gorgeous and very well attended and manicured, in spite of the Jungle's attempts to constantly reclaim everything. It has to take relentless people to keep everything so pretty, clean and neat. The food was great, and the bar was well stocked and always open. The pool is super nice, and there is a river to Kayak or swim in as well. There are millions of things to do here, and the resort has extremely knowledgeable guides to make every excursion fun, safe, and a learning experience. The rooms are comfortable. Like a lot of places in remote destinations, wifi is here but only at the lodge... so unplug! You quickly develop a kinship with the wildlife, including bugs, which may bother you at first, but after a day or two, become part of the experience. I am sad to leave after 4 days, and definitely want to return and you should put this place on your "must do" list!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful from start to finish. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, the botanical garden, swimming in the refreshing pools, kayaking in the river, cave tubing, and disconnecting from busy normal life. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, especially Leo! We loved that the botanical garden was included with the stay as well as the kayaks. It was such a relaxing family time for us. I was concerned that the a/c would not work well when I found out the windows were just screens but we were very comfortable at night. We wished we had more days to explore more in the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
