The quality of the food is excellent. The fish is super fresh. The fishermen brought in the 15 kilo swordfish as we were sitting down. The pomodoro tonno with tropes onion is amazing. The red shrimp are the best I’ve had. Plus excellent prices. This quality of food would be 3x the cost in Milan or Rome. Great owner/host. Grazie mile Ernesto and wife!

Sono stato in questo ristorante il proprietario forse pensa di avere una stella Michelin oppure di essere a Capri, tutti i piatti vanno da 20 euro a salire se pensate un antipasto pomodoro tonno e cipolla 23 euro, io ho pagato una cena 70 euro senza vino solo acqua se uno prende una bottiglia di vino arrivi a prezzi da una stella Michelin non esagerare siamo a Belmonte con tutto il rispetto e stelle non ne hai non esagerare

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours chez Francesco et rien à dire. Notre vol a eu 3h de retard… et Francesco nous a accueilli en pleine nuit malgré tout. La Taverna offre un cadre magnifique, et appelle à la sérénité. Le village est typique, charmant et agréable. Le logement est très sympa, bien aménagé et fonctionnel, avec en plus un balcon qui offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et le Stromboli. Francesco est à l’écoute, réactif et au petit soin pour ses Hôtes. Sa cuisine est très goûteuse avec des produits frais et locaux. Un petit bijou à respecter. On fera le maximum pour y revenir. Grazie mille, a presto.

Cucina ottima, piatti tipici sia a base di pesce che di carne, ambiente molto particolare con vista su un bellissimo centro storico e sul mare, staff molto gentile, consigliatissimo a famiglie, amici o anche per lavoro. Nel centro storico pedonale ma a pochi passi dai parcheggi piu’ vicini

Cena con amici in questo locale tanto decantato, abbiamo cenato in modo pessimo! Sicuramente sarà cambiata la gestione perché l'anno prima gli stessi amici hanno avuto un' ottima esperienza. Antipasto con crostini fritti,tonno e cipolla in agrodolce: una dolcezza STOMACHEVOLE e i crostini strapieni di olio (18 €) non ho mai mangiato una roba così sgradevole! Paccheri con scampi: pasta e olio, INSAPORE! Frittura mista abbondante ma molto pesante Altri primi presi passabili ma eccessivamente conditi con troppo olio! Per non parlare del menù...SCRITTO A PENNA SU UN FOGLIO A4 Personale non adatto. A mio parere bocciato!

Deliziosa serata nel paese di Belmonte Calabro, carino di giorno immerso nel silenzio delle innumerevoli viuzze. In una di queste si trova la taverna con terrazzo tra le case in pietra e uno scorcio di panorama sulla vallata. Serata del maialino arrosto, tutto buono e abbondante, personale accogliente e genuino. Ad accompagnare la cena la musica dal vivo, molto bravi!! Ve lo consiglio

Scoperto per caso durante un breve soggiorno. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile anche per esigenze particolari (allergie e intolleranze). Location caratteristica con bel giardino e vista panoramica. Ottimi primi di pesce. Materie prime di qualità e prezzi contenuti. Consigliato.
