A building filled with character and charm built in 1877, one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard with large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops are within walking distance or just minutes drive from eating establishments. The 2 bedrooms share a Hollywood bath (each bedroom has it's own vanity and toilet but share a claw foot tub/shower enclosure). The first bedroom has a queen and a twin. The second, has 2 full size beds. In addition, there's a hall half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics for meal preparation along with breakfast cereal, coffee and tea. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Minimal parking in the rear or free street parking in the front. No parking or blocking of the side or back alley. Free WiFi, Netflix and TV with 50+ local channels, DVD player
No smoking or pets.

Comfort and convenience
Location right on town square..restaurants, shops etc ..house meticulous with all amenities..large and comfy. Private courtyard…an enjoyable, pleasant stay.

Adorable and cozy
House was so cute, unique, clean, and decorated perfectly. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. There were quite a few amenties that was a nice touch. Donna has a great response time and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

High School Friends (40 years of friendship)
We had such a great time! . Donna has created the perfect comfortable, classy spot. We stayed here for two nights and drove to Round Top. We ate next door at 22 North Holland. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Love This Place
This is our second time to stay at the Holland House. We enjoy this place so much for its roominess and relaxing atmosphere. It just feels like I'm at home when I'm here. We will always try to book when we are in the area because it is just so comfortable and convenient. And Bellville is also so relaxing. Thanks for making it such a joyful experience in our Holland House home-away-from-home. : D

Lovely home conveniently located to the Square
We were a group of four ladies who enjoyed a wonderful weekend of shopping on Market Day on the Square and visiting with local friends. The property itself is so charming, beautifully decorated, and has all the comforts of home. The location of the property is so convenient to enjoy Bellville's quaint, smalltown charm on the Square.... including the local coffee shop, the Farmers Market, boutiques, Market Day vendors and the excellent restaurant next door. Our host Donna made us feel so welcome with great communication as well as graciously accommodating a date change along the way. She also included some fresh fruit, chocolates, and orange juice to name a few extra comforts. We want to give a special thank you to Donna for being such a wonderful host and for making us feel so welcome! We would definitely recommend this wonderful home to others and we are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Wonderful Place!
We loved our stay! Everything was very clean and the place is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed plau more was provided including food basics like coffee, tea,cereal, etc.
The beds were comfortable and the Jack & Jill bath was perfect for two women. There was plenty of privacy between the two bedrooms for people who may not be on the same sleep schedule.
I highly recommend this property for two singles or two couples.
