The house is located centrally and it is close to all of Florabama's major destinations. 16 minutes to Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Pcola, 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach. 20 minutes to Johnson Beach (less crowded) and Perdido. Just a quick 30 minute drive to Orange Beach as well. On the main street close to the house, there are over 30 restaurants to choose from, all within 1 minute drive from the house. Along with a farmers market and Publix grocery store all within the same 1 minute radius. This up and coming neighborhood is a friendly and historic community.
