Be aware of their pet cleaning MINIMUM $350 after you leave, if they deem it necessary.It was not disclosed to me verbally or in writing. Otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed there. Who would in their right mind. After seeing a $350 charge on my card after I left, called to investigate and was told they needed a carpet cleaning specialist. I’ve been a landlord for 30 years, trust me I’ve hired carpet cleaners, never heard such a term. Nothing lavish about this place in my opinion. Make sure they disclose it too you before checking in if you’re traveling with pets.

Ugh
I had to wait over 10 minutes to get checked in and by the time someone showed up at the desk there were three other people in line waiting to get checked in.
There was long black hair on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived.
When we went to breakfast there was no coffee made and there was no hot water for tea. Waffle maker is terrible. Waffles were raw.

They provide a very limited breakfast and do not replenish at all. I don’t feel this should be advertised as a stay with breakfast. The rooms are updated but the rest of the property is older and not well maintained. Staff very friendly.

Don’t waste your time
Bed is uncomfortable and very hard. Only got ONE tiny pillow. Staff not willing to give another pillow. Never got any housekeeping service. Arrived at 335pm and was told to sit in lobby and wait till 4pm or “their system” charges $50 fee for early room entry.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel and surrounding area expeirienced a black out and i witnessed numerous people demanding refunds because the power went out (implying it was the hotels fault). The staff remained calm, even when the people didnt understand that they couldnt get refunds until power was restored. The power was out for maybe 40minutes.

Rooms are cozy. A couple of stains in the room /washroom as well as peeling paint in the shower area. Okay for the money.

Omg one of the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been into ….dont waste your money going there …the hotel is so filthy it’s an old building and let me not talk how bad the rooms are stained with boogers on the walls ..heater /Ac don’t work as well ..breakfast is nasty 🤮

It was a nice stay, the room was spacious, quiet, pillows are pretty small and had to ask for more, but overall good value
