Stayed 4 nights and our room was not serviced. A sign on the bathroom mirror says the room would be done every third day, but ours was not done at all. Other than that, the room was comfortable. Because of a minimal staffing, breakfast was always short of items which required a call for the person on duty to fill up the trays with eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, orange juice etc. That was my major concern. One more staff member would have made a big difference.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well stocked. The bed was a bit soft but not horrible. Shower was hot. Bathtub was way too small.

Very attendant staff, and friendly. The room was clean I requested main service because we were there several days. Had no issues at all thank you very much.

No frig or microwave in room when description said there was one. No comfy chair to sit in when watching TV - only the desk chair. Internet was so poor that I couldn't stream music and load a busy webpage. Breakfast on Sunday was only biscuits/gravy along with the usual sweet, simple carb stuff that I don't eat. However, the staff was very kind and friendly.

Good overall but stale smelling
The hotel seemed clean but had a stale smell in the second floor hallway and the room. It smelled like dirty carpet and or dirty vacuum cleaner. The smell was overwhelming when you entered the room.

Nice hotel
Sierra was very sweet and helpful. This was a nice place to stay while in town - convenient location. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfast was good.
