Welcome to our recently remodeled 2 bedroom retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:If you booked with pet's, must keep pets in kennel if you leave them alone. Very clean, quiet place to stay. Easy access to get in as we arrived late. Although we basically just slept there, the house had all the amenities that you would need. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice place. A little out of the way but that’s part of the charm. Very pretty deck that looks off into deep woods. The house has been updated nicely and everything worked great. The hosts were professional and accommodated a request for a guest pass to the recreation center for me. I’d come back.

Quick trip
We had a great stay. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville. Tim is very responsive.
