Very good and friendly staff. The rooms are in pretty bad condition

The only two advantages are free breakfast and decent sea view rooms, but other than that, there are no advantages. The hot water is often not hot enough. You have to wait 30 minutes for the water to be hot enough after asking the counter for help! There are often not enough towels. You need to ask the front desk or housekeeping to deliver them quickly, but they take a long time to sort out the problem, and it may even take until the next day!

The hotel opened by Turkish people is too bad, the facilities are old and have not been renovated for a long time, the breakfast is not as good as the dishes, the room price is high and the service is poor. The selling point of the hotel is that there is a casino downstairs and a small pier for going out to the sea. It can stay and rip off gamblers and tourists!

The room is well-equipped, the environment is very good, the hygiene is very clean, and the service attitude is particularly good. Here I want to thank Ctrip the most. The first hotel we booked was not accepted by the hotel. Later, Ctrip went all out to help us coordinate and changed us to a very good hotel. All the price difference was borne by Ctrip. One of the largest hotels in Belize City, there is also a cinema and amusement park on the first floor. The food is relatively average, and the room facilities are a bit old but acceptable. There is also a place downstairs where you can book tours. If you come to Belize, you can consider staying here.

Although the facilities are old, it is a relatively good place in Belize City, 700 meters walk from the Guatemalan Embassy. There are many restaurants around.

I stayed in this hotel twice. The room was big and clean. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from the window and the sunset from the front terrace. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. I am very grateful to the handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk for helping me copy and print documents, so that I could successfully get a visa for Guatemala.
