We had a lovely stay at Infante suite. This is the 2nd time visiting this hotel. Breakfast buffet is nice and a lot of choices. Hotel staff are very friendly. Looking forward for another visit.

The Hotel was good, conveniently situated next to a tram stop. It’s pretty and the way they kept old ruins incorporated with modern finishes was very well done.
It has one of the most beautiful pools I’ve seen in a hotel, but it was a bit smelly at times if I’m completely honest. I was there for 2 nights and didn’t make me feel like going back even when we spent most of the time in the hotel because of the rain. Good spa area.
Very good breakfast in terms of food but they can improve on the coffee, very limited choices and not tasty at all.
The restaurant was very nice and the food was very nice too although the service was extremely slow.
The staff was friendly but not hugely attentive.
Overall a pleasant stay but not spectacular stay.

Amazing place!, the hotel is in the best location, super market very close, washing clothes machines also near, and a beautifull cafe imperio in the corner. 10/10

酒店是小奢類型，房間不多，每個房間都很大。
餐飲，周邊環境都很棒。
就是不靠近地鐵🚇和市中心，交通有點小麻煩。

五星級酒店的服務就是不一樣啊😭😭工作人員都好熱心。check in的時候會主動給我提供水喝，還有人會領我去房間，給我介紹房間設施。
剛進房間的時候還以為又是鏡子對着床，其實那是一台掛壁電視機！房間很大住起來很舒服，有咖啡機，但是我沒找到燒水壺。
自助餐有三文魚，喜歡海鮮的家人們沖沖！
check out的時候前台一個美女姐姐氣質好好，我在排隊等待，她看到我後對我相視一笑，一整天的心情都好了起來...給人的感覺和印象就是很好，不愧是五星級！
