The service was impeccable, especially the front desk staff. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly helpful and attentive, not only efficient but also proactively recommending nearby restaurants and sightseeing routes, and patiently answering any questions I had. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!"

Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"We found a temporary place to stay and it looked good based on the online reviews. However, we found it to be in the middle of nowhere. Cows appeared at the door at night. First of all, our room had been used by someone else and had not been cleaned. There was a stinky bun on the hanger and a used toothbrush. We moved to another room and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There were bugs on the bed and the projector, and the shower was blocked. So disgusting! The traffic jam happened in 2 minutes, which was a terrible experience! ! ! Check in carefully"
