This hotel is very cost-effective and has a clean and tidy environment. Although there is no breakfast, there are many restaurants around and it is very convenient to eat. And there will be no long-term power outages in the hotel, which is very rare in Lebanon.

It's quite close to downtown. The front desk speaks English fluently. Check-in is very smooth and check-out is also smooth. The room is not very big but it is enough! pretty good

Housekeeping staff are horrible.
Cleaning service in the room is bad, they dont wash the cups properly… towels were not clean… insects in the room…

It was good overall but I think they didn’t give us the room that we booked instead they gave us a smaller room because they were fully booked
