牆和枕頭是發黴的，有一個主燈還是壞的，經常斷電，附近有打樁機很吵説話都聽不見，沒有電梯自己拎行李，隔音差，隔壁房間大聲交談無法入睡，總體體驗一般但酒店附近景色不錯，環境賊拉好，空氣賊好。

第一次見一個景點的遊客中心和酒店前台合在一起！（難怪前台接待態度那麼差）房卡根本開不了門，打電話工作人員來開了後，叫我們自己去前台再刷一下，（住宿點到前台走個青石板路兩百來米，已經晚上十點半）要求他們去解決一下，去了後回來仍開不了，説次日早可以解決，次日吃完早餐向前台諮詢還是用不了卡，直到退房前還是打電話工作人員來開門！房間確實很大，櫃枱什麼也都沒什麼灰塵，但是洗手間馬桶很臟（幸虧帶了一次性馬桶墊），既然定位是民宿，那是不是也可以備一些一次性用品（洗護用品還是那種老式開蓋灌進去真的不敢用）；衞生間門是壞的，然後早上跟前台説明，結果前台沒有一絲歉意地衹是問是否要退房！整個景區唯一的酒店，價格也在那裡，但是基礎設施做的真的非常差，贈送的早餐也算是他們的正常餐廳，但真的沒什麼可吃的。（路過歇腳想體驗一下的，也算是驅車300公里吧，不值得）

環境幽雅舒適，適合親子出遊，樓層阿姨很熱情，前台小姐姐也好，可能是山裡的原因，房間有蟑螂🪳其他都很好，休閑娛樂度假的好去處

我定的460多元的大觀景房，給我開了一個普通房間，後面電話去説，才給我換。換了後房間的鎖是壞的，進去後居然刷不了卡，給我一把鑰匙開門，廁所門也是壞的，洗澡上廁所門都關不了，簡直沒有最差衹有更差。
