The best Hotel with neat and clean rooms, staff is friendly.

It’s good location if you go to Universal Studios. A shuttle bus leaves at 8 am and arrives in the Universals in about 40-50 min. It also brings you back to the hotel in the evening. This service was convenient. There is a nice little garden in front of the hotel with peacocks:) The only minus for us was that there was no fridge in the room. But they put our food in the fridge in the lobby cafe.

If you want to go Universal Studios, and if you come with your family I think this is the best place to stay, have Shutter Bus service ride you there everyday. - Nice service and helpful staff.Thanks a lot. - For breakfast food not many choice compare to previous hotel I stayed last 3 days. also the taste of food, not my favourite, maybe because im a foreigner so the taste not what I like. - The room is big and clean but have one point that they maybe not notice something look like footprint on the bedspread. By the way, when i tell the staff about this problem, she help to change it with speed. Professional staff👍 Thank you. - Big Location have park& playground and next to the park. In hotel area also have big birdcage that you can see rabbit, bird and peacock , they are so cute 🥰 - Restaurants and shopping mall near by, easy to find something to eat and shopping. Thanks you anyway, when I want to go Universal Studios i will stay there again.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to Universal Studios, and the breakfast is quite rich, with wontons. There is also a robot 🤖 meal delivery service, and free parking. The service staff will take the initiative to greet you.

The room is large, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich in variety, the service is good, and the parking is convenient. The surrounding environment is very good, and the green lawn is very pleasing to the eye.

This time I booked Mercure Hotel in Canal Business District, and the experience was perfect! I originally booked a superior king-size bed room. When I checked in, the handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk greeted me warmly and told me that the store manager, Ms. Li Cui, had upgraded me to a suite. I was instantly surprised! Five-star praise! When I walked into the room, it was even more eye-catching. 8 bottles of mineral water were neatly arranged, and 2 bottles of drinks were paired with fresh welcome fruits, full of care. The room was clean and bright, with all the facilities. 5 points for service!  I have to mention Manager Li Cui, who is active and serious in her work. When I checked in in 2024, the manager on duty at the front desk made a registration error, which caused me inconvenience. Manager Li Cui upgraded me to a suite at the time to make up for it. This time I came again, and I got another surprise upgrade, which can be called a perfect stay and experience!  What's more, the hotel also generously provides a late check-out service, which is really friendly for guests with more flexible travel arrangements! The only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast menu is a little thin. I sincerely hope that the dishes can be enriched in the future, making the breakfast more abundant and delicious, which would be even more perfect! It can be seen that the hotel has strict requirements on service standards, and it is only for improving the guest experience. Sincerely thank the store manager Li Cui and all the hotel staff for their five-star praise, highly recommended!
