The hotel has a good location, located near an old street, popular for tourists and local visitors. There are also some eateries near the hotel offering local food for breakfast and as well as meals. Rooms are small and if you have a large luggage, there is no way it will accommodate it, especially when you book the standard room for 2. The biggest issue we have is the mobile data connections, there seems to be no connections for a few of us. The hotel's WiFi like in other hotels in China restricted connections to Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, and it is slow. Generally, if you like to experience Siheryuan Hotong living, this is a nice place to stay a couple of days.

Amazing location right in front of Qianmen 前门, very clean, great facilities. Excellent service, everyone here was so nice and proactively helpful👍🏼. Highlight definitely is the courtyards and the style of the rooms if you will - what a unique experience✨. Only feedback for improvement is that a) trouble with phone signal for text messages/data in the rooms and b) slightly challenge connecting to wifi because you needed the text message verification...but don't forget you have trouble with phone signal🙄 ... but once it was sorted it was fine. (Also, however, apparently this may have something to do with the location being so close to Tiananmen Square?) And finally - if anyone is coming from overseas, we had trouble paying with foreign credit card as their machine was broken - and ended up having to pay with Alipay (3% international card fee for payments ＞ 200 RMB), but the staff's attitude was really nice. Hopefully they fix their foreign credit card machine 😅

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also one of the best throughout our trip to China. I do recommend booking rooms 30+ square meters, because the smaller ones are very small, even for two people.

I recently stayed at 北京前門四合院漫心府 and had a fantastic experience. The traditional courtyard setting provided a unique and authentic atmosphere, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the charm of old Beijing in a tranquil setting!

nice hotel and very helpfull staff

The location and the hotel are great. Breakfast is very rich and delicious and the staff very nice and helpful . Most of the staff doesn't speak english but using the translator communication is not difficult and they really make you at ease. The hotel is close to many restaurants and to Qianmen Street, where you can find shops, metro stations and it is at walking distance from Tiananmen Square.

Highly recommended to experience the taste of Courtyard 民宅四合院. Very convenient location, right at Qianmen. No need to worry about food and drinks, as you are just seconds away from DaShiLan street. The subway is also nearby as well as major attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Palace Museum. The staff are friendly and attentive, always greeting you when you enter and exit the lobby, and even offering warm drinks during this cold winter.

One of the few most enjoyable stay we had in beijing. While the hotel itself is not accessible by car, the closest stop is not too far away. It's also a good 5mins walk to the closest metro station. A lot of restaurants nearby, hence it's very convenient! The room we booked is amazingly big, very beautiful courtyard as well and the service is Great! Would recommend if you're booking the bigger room.

Great location, right beside the heart of Qian Men yet it is not noisy. 24hrs laundry service is fantastic. Hotel staff will come and collect your clothes from your room and deliver it to you once its done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Able to contact front desk for transport to great wall too! 5/5

Good location and great service but our room was difficult to receive the 3G data from our phone - couldn’t access TikTok or WhatsApp or Instagram because of that. The toilet also choked up when we threw toilet paper in. FYI, don’t throw toilet paper inside the toilet bowl

This is the best hotel ever! The staff were super friendly and professional! Hotel very cute and clean! And the location is amazing with all the shops and restaurants in the same area. I definitely recommend this hotel you won't regret it! 🥰
