This Mercure hotel perfectly follows the brand standard: clean spacious and new. We really enjoyed this very nice room and the amazing bed. For those travelling by subway: the brand new Metro line 12 is very near and connects directly to Capital airport Express line. Highly recommended

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service provided by the staff was impeccable — they were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was fantastic as well, with a great variety. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Will definitely return!

Highly recommend, clean and tidy comfy room. Enjoy staying in this hotel. Can sleep very well as the curtain can't see through the light from outside. Cozy room. I like it very much. Service is good too. Staff are very good and friendly.

The hotel is really comfortable. It has a big screen tv, an Ai control which you can command it to close the light, curtain, adjust the room temperature or even search information and many more. The reception services are great and always helpful. We ordered food delivery and the reception sent the robot to deliver to our doorstep which is super convenient. The distance to nearest Anzhen mrt is 10min walk and there is also a bus stop just in front of the hotel. It is easy to book for Didi car at the hotel just that the hotel should leave a car space for that. Otherwise you will get the driver complain as there is no space for pick up or drop off. The breakfast is great and tasty. They also have a laundry and gym room. Overall, it is a great and comfortable hotel to stay, definitely will come back again.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, being conveniently close to the 3rd Ring Road. I was notably charmed by the affable and welcoming attitude of the front desk staff. They went the extra mile by offering us hot tea in the lobby during the check-in process, which was a delightful touch. Additionally, the hotel boasts a clean and modern design, adding to the overall positive experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Everything perfect, we stay 4 night and book 2 rooms. The staff was great, especially Zora, she was very helpful, she even manage to surprise my wife Birthday and prepare a lovely cake, card and fruits. We all very happy and we will never forget this lovely moment, thanks to Zora and team. We order some stuff from Tao bao, unfortunately one of the stuff donot come yet while we leave and check out from the hotel, she even offer to send that stuff to our address afterwards, how awesome is that. Thank you very much, we enjoy the holiday and the unforgetable moment.

Excellent service from the reception!!! Zora is the best of the hotel!!! I recommend this hotel to everybody. If you come down to Beijing, I recommend you to stay at Mercure. Talk to Zora and she will give you an amazing support.
