It was good location in center near metro station and malls food spots. But it was not clean, however apartment is cool

Do not recommend at all , this is not a services apartment hotel just a normal residency apartment , but since we book under trip we believe this is legal listing , unfortunately we had to use the loading lift not the main lift because police is there to investigate for the illegal renting unit , person who mange told us not to go out if not we had to go police station to make a statement , she seem so scare . 这个不是公寓式酒店，这个很明显是私人小区。一组人组了几十家公寓装修成一样再放在平台上转租出去。我们是因为相信trip 平台才订的。没想到是这样的，钱也给了也只能住。4 晚里面我们被告知不能用主电梯要用货梯，有一晚还不能出去吃晚餐因为警察过来调查非法转租，这一刻我们才彻底知道这个不是合法的。对方警告我们不要出去不然被抓了得上警察局，我说我们在合法平台上订的有问题也是平台和你们的责任。她威胁我们说要是被抓了就算没责任也需要去警局浪费时间录口供。我真的无语了。清洁不到位，反正我们觉得被骗了，一开始选择这样的是因为我们有三个孩子，而且我们去了那么多国家公寓式酒店一直都有，只是第一次在中国遇到非法的

Stayed here for a one day staycation with friends and had a very good experience. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The location is close to subway station, shopping mall and many restaurants. Recommeneded!

Very helpful staff, easy access and good location. Highly recommended for family with kids as the room is spacious.

1.The location is ok. not far from subway station, lots of street food shop and grocery stores around. 2.The Check in staff is ok and helpful but she looks a bit busy and tired .. perhaps lack of staff. 3.The room is ok but electrical control panel seems a bit too complicate. 4.The daily clean up need to improve which effect overall room cleanliness Not to bad stay , moderate cozy

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for Families with Luggage I would not recommend this homestay, especially if you’re traveling with large luggage or a family. Firstly, the listing is misleading. It states that there are 3 rooms, but it is actually a loft with 3 double beds — not 3 separate bedrooms, as expected. Secondly, access is very inconvenient. Drivers are not allowed to enter the premises, and you cannot even stop directly in front of the gate. Security will ask you to move your car, forcing drop-offs to happen far from the entrance — which is especially difficult when you have elderly family members, toddlers, and multiple pieces of luggage. Worst of all was the service. The lady in charge was extremely rude. We had 3 large suitcases, 2 small ones, 2 adults, 1 grandparent, and 2 toddlers. Her immediate reaction was, "Woh, you guys come with a big gang and a lot of luggage," which was both unwelcoming and unprofessional. She told us to quickly go up and said she would bring up 2 of our suitcases. We waited over 15 minutes, only to find them left at the entrance when my husband went back down to check. This was a highly disappointing experience overall. I do not recommend this place if you are traveling with family or expecting even basic hospitality.

The check-in and check-out experience was unsatisfactory. Storing luggage in the hallway felt unsafe, and not being allowed to wait in the lobby for our driver after checkout added to the inconvenience

The "executive apartment" should be renamed, as it is a much smaller space for 5 people who booked. The photos do not match and was quite deceiving. When we arrived at the address, the place we stayed in was actually a few blocks away from what was listed and we had to call the Lister to find out where it was, before they came and got us and took us there. It's quite overwhelming when you first arrive in Beijing for that to occur during check-in. We also has to request more towels as they only gave us two, even though we booked for 5 people. The hosts were helpful when we arrived eventually, but wouldn't recommend this spot for a big group. There was one double bed upstairs, alongside another double in a "loft" sort of situation, then a fold out couch on the bottom floor, joined to the bathroom/table/living area. Quite squishy quarters for a large group.

Address online is different to where the apartment was actually at. That was concerning when we arrived for check-in at 1am. Maybe there were multiple apartments at various places? We were expecting serviced apartments with a reception desk, ‘executive’ status. This place is basically an Airbnb which I purposely avoided for this holiday. The loft style was unique which I appreciated. However, with no reception desk or 24hour customer service, it was tedious to have our basic needs met such as extra towels, bins emptied etc. Disappointed by the false advertising. I won’t be booking accomodation via Trip again.

Subway is 5 min walk About 45 min from Daxing Airport Many restaurant neae by Room cleansss could be improved

The room so clean, very convenient, near subway, in front that have mall which has everything there, the food store nearby there so delicious. I really recommend you to stay there!!

The host allowed early check in if there is unit available. The location of the apartment is ok as we used Didi only. The cleanliness need to be improved. The 1st unit we checked in was dirty, dusty & smelly (rating 2/10), but the host managed to change us to another unit (7/10). The unit is kind of small for 4 pax.
