I recently stayed at this hotel with my family (3 people total), and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again!

As I checked in quite late, the rooms with the window were all allocated to those who checked in early. After chrcking the given room (w/o window), I have requested a room upgrade with an additional fee. The room was stuffy with the central heater. Both my wife and I can't bear the heat, although it's winter. Breakfast has many choices. Quite location. The room is very small for 2 people. Quite near to subway and shopping place Sanlitun.

We use that hotel as a stop over. Mostly to come in and go out to Europe. The problem is, that the warm water needs nearly 10 minutes to come. That should be changed because of water waste.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

I had a lovely stay as usual. I slept peacefully and sweetly hhh. I got upgraded unexpectedly to a larger room. That was very kind of the staffer. Great stay. I would definitely do it again.

The CitiGO hotel is really close to Sanlitun which is very convenient. It’s a great place to stay for a weekend trip.

Staying in this hotel for the second time, perfect location close to shopping area and nice restaurants. It's clean and good design but something is completely wrong with AC system, it was programmed to heat the room +26C and couldn't be changed. In the end we just turned off AC and opened the window. Strangely for a 4* hotel, there was no tea & coffee in the room although a kettle was provided. No bathrobes either. Breakfast is poor quality.

This is so far one of the best hotel I stay in China with kids. Beside the inconvenience of subway about 15min walk from the hotel, everything else is perfect. The shopping street is just about 5min walk away. There are few restaurants, aamd also a mini supermarket at the back of the hotel. The hotel provide free breakfast and supper from 2200H to 2300H. Good food for a hotel standard. Free self service laundry too. It’s an innovation hotel with automation throughout the hotel. Will visit again when in Beijing.

room is a bit small but good enough for solo walking distance to sanlitun where all the lives are friendly front desk

The location was perfect for what I was there for. Big shopping centers within walking distance. Room is quite small but clean. Convenient laundry facilities to wash your own clothes.
