Excellent hotel, very close to the metro station and the city centre. Great breakfast and they store your luggage.

Nice and clean rooms, but not soundproof at all. Staff didn’t speak English.

Good enough to sleep for a few nights. Bed was barely ever made and there’s a lot of mold in the bathroom. But it’s ok.

How did so many good reviews come from? The business should know. When I checked out, the front desk clerk asked me to write a good review and asked me to write it on the spot. She wanted to take a photo. For such a large group hotel, the platform training was not listened to at all. Asking for good reviews is a violation of regulations, and consumers are forced to write on the spot. We stayed for four nights. We can understand that the room is small, after all, it is in the second ring road (in a factory area, there is a museum downstairs, and there is a bus stop at the door). But the sanitary environment is really poor, the quilt and towel are still torn, and the skin is itchy after contact. There is an uncle in the guest room who does it better, and another aunt just picks it up a few times every time she cleans, and her attitude is not good. Since I called to consult before moving in, most of the staff did not make me feel "homelike", and felt the same as outsourcing. I felt very bad on the first day, because there was someone next door shouting and knocking on the door at more than seven in the morning. Later, I moved to the sixth floor, which was much quieter, but there was no elevator above the fifth floor, and I had to climb the stairs myself. But the breakfast was not bad, at least it was clean and hygienic.
